Here is just some more info about my blog:

My blog is going to be more than just Stranger Things and Jancy. This is a place for me to talk about the things I love. So here’s a list of all of the things I enjoy:

• Fire Emblem (No Engage spoilers please!)
• L.M. Montgomery books (ex. Anne, Emily, etc.)
• Murdoch Mysteries (No Spoilers for the latest season please!)
• BBC Ghosts
• Moomin
• Manga (Yotsuba, Nichijou, Spy x Family, etc.)
• Ace Attorney
• Music (I play the bass and enjoy bands like Joy Division and Echo and The Bunnymen. Feel free to suggest other bands like them!)
• History (ex. fashion history)

I may also post some art and fanfiction here at some point but I’m quite shy so expect mostly text posts and reblogs from me. For any of the art I post, please do not repost it anywhere. I would like to keep my art here. Please credit me also if you use it for something like a pfp. You can reblog or like the post for credit. Bio is also good too.

This is also a safe space so I will not condone any homophobia, transphobia, or racism here. People deserve to feel safe online and offline.

I will update this every once in a while when certain things like my interests change so keep an eye out for that.

I won’t be posting too often as again I’m quite shy and I’m also busy with schoolwork.

Here’s a doodle of Nancy and Barb I drew in my sketchbook!

This is for the Titanic au. I’ve wanted to draw these two in matching sailor dresses for awhile now (I think it is now obvious that I like drawing characters in sailor dresses when they are in a historical setting).

Btw this happens a year or two before the Titanic sinks. Barb isn’t going to be on the ship, she’ll be at home for a reason that I cannot explain yet (cause it’s spoilers).

Since you did not specify which three you wanted, I picked the first one.

I also decided to do my little doodle style for it because I find that when I start simple, it makes it easier for me to get into a more complicated pose. Also used a combo of watercolour and pencil crayons because I have been having so much fun with the medium.

Also thank you for suggesting rovickie (or rickie as I like to call them). I love these two a lot and they have not really made an appearance in my art style on here yet.

Here is another watercolour experiment!

I decided to draw an oc of mine that I made in grade 10 history for a project. Her name is Florence and she lives in Canada during WWI. I haven’t drawn her in awhile and I thought that I might as well because I do love her.

If anyone has any questions about my ocs, ask away because I would love to talk about them. They are super important to me and I have a story idea with them that all started because of that school project.

Okay reblog if you’re an artist who STRONGLY PREFERS reblogs with commentary

People are apparently under the impression that reblogging someone’s art and adding a comment is frowned upon and that can’t possibly be true, every artist I know of sees a reblog-comment as like the ultimate definitive reward for their hard work.

Obviously don’t feel bad for NOT adding a comment if you’re shy or just don’t know what to say, but if there’s something you would like to say about a drawing you’ve liked enough to reblog, I’m pretty sure most artists crave hearing it.

Definitely re-emphasizing that ALL reblogs, likes, etc are awesome! So don’t feel bad/feel obligated to add something if you don’t want to, but don’t hold back if you DO wanna add something because you’re worried it’s rude.

I once read someone’s post saying “NEVER ADD A COMMENT WHEN YOU REBLOG SOMEONE’S WORK CAUSE YOU’RE TAKING ATTENTION AWAY FROM THEM” and it’s what prevented me from doing so for a time, until I became a creator of stuff myself and I can say that’s absolutely untrue. For one, I’m not a five year old who needs all the attention to be on me all the time. For another, the fact that someone would take the time to sit down and put real effort into writing something, whether as a comment or in the tags, means so much to me and is the most inspiring. Finally, you have a voice too, and you have as much right to speak it as I do :)
